If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a complaint, you can submit the dispute for resolution online to the European Commission's dispute resolution platform. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the consumer also has the right to have the matter heard by the Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden för konsumentvister (ARN, www.arn.se).
